Frequently Asked Questions
How do you make your canvas prints?: We use large format ink jet printers that are finely tuned for the highest quality possible. Otherwise know as "gilcée" prints, our prints provide the highest color fidelity and archival properties possible with todays printmaking technology.
What type of files do you accept? JPG and TIF files are best. But we'll accept others on a case by case basis.
What size file is best? The bigger the better. If there is a problem, we'll let you know.
How long does it take to make a finished piece? It generally requires 3-4 business days from the day we receive your complete order.
How do you ship? We pack each piece carefully and usually use FedEx Ground for delivery.
Can I get my order faster? Yes, just let us know you are in a hurry and we will find the quickest way. Extra fee involved.
What if there is a problem with the piece I receive? We offer to either replace or refund your money if there is a problem with our work. However, we cannot be responsible for poor quality that is due to the original image -- such as poor resolution.
In order to receive a refund or replacement, we require that you return the work to us.
What if the piece was damaged during shipment? If the piece was damaged during shipment, we ask that you let us know and we will send the shipper to inspect for damage and reimbursement.
